Rollaways & Cribs or Extra Person
$10/night by reservation only. Limited space available. Some rooms cannot accommodate a rollaway, crib, or extra person. Please call first to check – 518.668.5478.
Dockspace/Boats
$65/night by reservation only. Limited space available. This provides an assigned dock space for your boat and a place for your trailer. No launch available.
Reservation Terms
Reservations on rooms will be confirmed after an advance deposit equal to 1 nights room charges is received. Reservations on Suites will be confirmed after an advance deposit equal to 2 nights room charges is received. The deposit will be credited toward the last night of the reservation. Reservations are commitments for the entire period requested. We do not overbook and will honor your reservation; therefore we require that you honor your commitment for the full period reserved. No refunds are given for early departure.
Cancellation Policy
Regular Rooms
One night deposit due at time of booking. Reservation deposits are refundable up until 14 days prior to arrival with a $50 Cancel Fee. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the 1 night deposit. Reservations cannot be changed within 14 days of arrival.
Suites
Suites require 2 night deposit. This deposit is refundable until 60 days prior to arrival with a $200 cancellation fee. If Suite is canceled within the 60 days, the 2 night deposit will be fully non-refundable.
Lakefront
Cancel fee until 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within the 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire one night deposit.
Rates are subject to all applicable taxes
7% NYS Sales Tax + 4% Occupancy Tax
